Returns
    •    You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.
    •    Items must have all original tags and packaging intact.
    •    Final sale, clearance, or personalized items are non-returnable.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@wodin-apparel.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.

Return Shipping
    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error.
    •    We recommend using a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds
    •    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
    •    Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
    •    Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
